Ani Biotech Oy acquired all of the business operations of another Finnish diagnostic manufacturer, Orgenium Laboratories Oy. With this merger, the Orgenium brand, IPR, business and production activities have been transferred from Orgenium''s previous facilities in Helsinki to Ani Biotech Oy''s facilities in Vantaa, approximately 10 km from Helsinki. Following this business merger, Orgenium Laboratories continues to provide high quality products and customer service as a separate business unit of Ani Biotech Oy.
